How It Works
Refer a Client
Provide the client’s name, the business and the contact details via our online form, WhatsApp or email.
We Manage Everything
Our team reaches out, presents a proposal, closes deal and delivers project. You don’t need to handle any sales or project management.
You Get Paid
Once the client pays UDA, your commission is released. If we receive the client’s payment on the same day the deal closes, your commission will be paid on that same day. There is no expiry date for claiming your reward; we process payment immediately after the client’s funds clear. Payments are made via bank transfer or Payoneer/Wise.
Commission Structure
UDA offers a minimum 30 % commission on the service fee of every project. Commissions are paid one time per new client. To reward partners who bring in multiple clients or high‑value retainers, the commission percentage increases as follows:

Commission applies only to UDA service fees (not ad spend, third‑party software, hosting or domain costs).
Commission is a single payment per client; there are no recurring commissions even for ongoing services.
Cancelled projects or services deemed outside the scope of work are not eligible for commission payments.

Referrers can introduce clients for any UDA offering, including:

- Graphic design & branding

- Local and global SEO

Who Can Participate
This program is open to freelancers, consultants, business networkers, students, agency partners, and anyone with connections to business owners. There are no sign-up fees or minimum referral quotas. The program started on 27-12-2025.
Payout and Payment Terms
- Commissions are confirmed once UDA receives the client’s payment. If the client pays on the day the agreement is signed, the referrer will receive their commission the same day via bank transfer or Payoneer/Wise. Payments are processed as soon as funds clear; there is no separate cut‑off period for claiming your commission.
- No payments will be issued for projects that are cancelled or deemed outside the scope agreed with the client.
Referral Rules & Integrity
To maintain transparency and fairness, UDA follows clear guidelines similar to those found on other agencies’ referral pages:
- Referrals must be new to UDA; existing leads in our pipeline are excluded.
- You must have permission to share the client’s contact details.
- Commission is only paid after the client makes a payment and the project is within the agreed scope.
- Referrers may not misrepresent UDA’s services or engage in spammy or unethical promotional tactics.
- In the event of refunds or chargebacks, corresponding commissions will be reversed.
- UDA reserves the right to update program terms but will communicate changes in advance.
