This Remote Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on __________, between:
– Universal Digital Agency (“Agency”), having its principal place of business at __________, and
– __________ (“Employee”), residing at __________.
Together referred to as the “Parties.”
The Employee is hereby appointed as __________ with effect from __________.
The Employee shall perform the role with full diligence, loyalty, and integrity, failing which the Agency shall have the right to impose penalties or terminate this Agreement.
The Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Agency or its authorized managers.
The Employee has no discretion to refuse assigned work unless prior written approval is obtained.
Failure to complete assignments on time, without valid written justification, shall be considered gross negligence.
The Employee shall strictly adhere to working hours as defined by the Agency: __________.
The Employee must remain active and responsive on Agency-approved platforms (ClickUp, WhatsApp, etc.) during working hours.
Unavailability without prior notice shall be treated as misconduct.

The Agency reserves the right to deduct fines for:
– Delayed submissions without valid reason.
– Substandard or incomplete work.
– Breach of Agency rules.
The Employee shall serve a probationary period of __________ months.
During probation, the Agency may terminate employment without notice or compensation.
Upon confirmation, the Employee will continue under strict compliance with this Agreement.
The Employee shall not, under any circumstances, disclose, copy, or use Agency or Client data outside the scope of work.
All files, client contacts, strategies, leads, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Agency.
Any breach shall result in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending salary, and legal proceedings.
All deliverables (designs, videos, campaigns, reports, etc.) created by the Employee under this Agreement are the property of the Agency.
The Employee shall have no rights to use any work for personal portfolio, samples, or third-party purposes.
The Agency may provide accounts, licenses, or software to the Employee.
Sharing, transferring, or misusing these accounts shall result in immediate termination and financial liability for damages.
The Employee shall not, during employment and for __________ months after termination, directly or indirectly:
– Work with Agency clients.
– Solicit Agency clients for personal or third-party benefit.
– Use Agency data, strategies, or materials for outside work.
Breach of this clause will make the Employee liable for legal action and financial compensation.
The Employee must give 1-month written notice before resignation.
The Agency reserves the right to terminate immediately without notice in cases of:
– Data breach
– Unauthorized absence
– Consistent non-performance
– Violation of confidentiality or non-compete clauses
Pending salary or benefits may be withheld in case of breach.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through courts/tribunals in __________, where the Agency is headquartered.
